PONY RIDING, FISHING, ASTRONOMY, ARCHERY, BIKING...

If you have non-musicians and/or children in your group there is lots to do for all age groups. We have three ponies and two sets of riding gear, hats, saddles etc., which are suitable for children up to twelve years of age, who have riding experience. We do not offer supervision or riding lessons and guests ride the ponies at their own risk.

There are lots of bicycles of varying sizes, which can be used free of charge. There is a telescope with a 5 inch mirror - this is an ideal place for nights of star gazing as there is no light pollution. We have Archery targets and bows, for which we charge a small fee, as this activity must be supervised. There is good course and trout fishing in a stream which runs through the grounds and also in the nearby river Dives.

Of course, if you don't feel like doing anything energetic you can just crash out!
